Winner will be selected by random drawing with witnesses by AAA Sports Labels, LLC. Winner will be announced via our website (www.aaasl7.com), as well as, on TikToK, Friday, 23 December 2022 at 12pm EST.

AAA Sports Labels, LLC isn’t liable for the winner’s failure to receive notification of winning if he or she provided a wrong email address or incorrect phone number or if their email security settings caused your prize notification to go into the spam or junk folder.

Any controversy or claim arising out of or relating to these Official Rules and/or the Sweepstakes shall be settled by binding arbitration in accordance with the commercial arbitration rules of the American Arbitration Association. Any such controversy or claim shall be arbitrated on an individual basis, and shall not be consolidated in any arbitration with any claim or controversy of any other party. The arbitration shall be conducted in the state of Maryland.
